F. Lynn Hicks, Ph.D.
Lynn Hicks, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist in the State of Alaska. Dr. Hicks’ experience includes clinical assessment and therapy for adolescents and adults. Testing and assessment questions include diagnostic and clarification; cognitive functioning; academic functioning; adaptive functioning, and personality factors contributing to the current clinical picture.
Dr. Hicks has specialized experience treating the chronically mentally ill including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and trauma treatment. Dr. Hicks has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient, residential treatment, and outpatient treatment. Dr. Hicks is currently serving on the Anchorage FASD Diagnostic Team as a clinical psychologist on a multi-disciplinary diagnostic team.
Dr. Kiele is a graduate of Loma Linda University School of Medicine. He completed a residency in psychiatry at Loma Linda in 1988. Dr. Kiele is certified in psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology. He has had extensive experience in evaluating and treating patients across the entire spectrum of mental disorders, but focuses particularly on depression and other mood disorders, anxiety disorders, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder, PTSD, and attention-deficit and hyperactivity disorders (ADHD).
Dr. Kiele is sensitive to the faith and spiritual beliefs of his patients. As a child, Dr. Kiele lived in the Alaska bush, and understands some of the challenges of residing in the rural areas of our beautiful state. He enjoys reading, music, electronics, nature photography, writing poetry, and spending time with his family.
Christopher Fraczek, Psy.D.
Christopher Fraczek, Psy.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist in the State of Alaska. Dr. Fraczek has worked in out-patient mental health clinics as well as educational settings with children and adolescents who required behavioral support. Dr. Fraczek’s professional experience includes many years of clinical assessment of adults, adolescents and children.
Dr. Fraczek enjoys cross country skiing, hiking, camping and fishing with his family and two mild mannered, but slightly unruly Labradoodles.

Suny came to Alaska in 1994, worked for 3 years in Barrow, finally settling in Anchorage and raising a family. She is an alumni of University of Alaska Anchorage and has 15+ years of experience in behavioral health billing and patient administration.
Suny’s passions include music, gardening, and spending time with her family.
